Key Activation #33: Crystals aren’t just beautiful stones, they’re living supportive tools, quietly responding to your energy every moment.

Dear Beautiful Soul,

Are you a crystal lover or do you know one?

When most people think of crystals, they imagine jewelry, meditation stones, or decorative displays. But crystals are far more than that. They’ve been used for centuries, not just for beauty or ritual, but as guardians of information and energy. The ancients stored knowledge and wisdom in crystals, working with them to support healing, guidance, and memory.

Some believe the striations in Lemurian crystals, for example, hold the wisdom of the ancients - a kind of encoded guidance that speaks to the soul of the person working with them. Crystal skulls: some thousands of years old, are said to carry consciousness and history within their structure, whispering stories to those who know how to listen.

Even in modern times, crystals are everywhere: in watches, computer chips, and I have seen them in piezoelectric demos in old military videos too. Engineers rely on them for timing, frequency, and amplification. The army has even used them for precision demonstrations. These are tools designed to respond, to hold and transmit energy, and to perform reliably - just like the crystals you can work with as supportive tools for your own energy.

Yet so many of us collect crystals intellectually rather than energetically. We memorize meanings, follow charts, buy what’s trendy, and hope for transformation. When that shift doesn’t happen, frustration can settle in: “I meditated, I carried it, I set my intention so why isn’t it working?” The answer isn’t in the stone itself. Crystals are alive with frequency. They meet you where you are, reflecting, amplifying, and supporting what you need to do write now - but do you must - action in the physical must accompany the metaphysical for lasting, profound shifts. I talk about this all the time in my 1:1 client sessions and programs too.

The responsiveness to different kinds of crystals isn’t just heightened during extra-potent energies like eclipses or the current year of the Fire Horse year, it also evolves as each person moves along this spiral of ascension of life. Crystals that resonate strongly with you this year may feel neutral or even off in a year or two, while stones you were once indifferent to, or even ones you avoided, may suddenly call to you.

It’s not luck, coincidence, or magic; it’s energetic integrity. Each crystal interacts with your energy as it is right now, and as you evolve, the stones that support you shift alongside you. This is why intentional crystal work: choosing stones that align with your current state and needs rather than following lists or trends. creates a resonance and depth that random collecting or "buying the pretty crystal" simply cannot.

Even within a certain kind of crystal, each individual crystal will carry a a different frequency and it's not always the crystal that is prettiest will match your vibration at that time. That's why my regular clients will ask me to "test" the crystals - to make sure they get their best match.

Connecting a crystal with their person never gets old. Earlier this year, along with a giant citrine and one of my favourite clients, I captured a moment on camera for my YouTube channel, and I had to wipe my eyes afterwards - it was that moving. That moment reminded me yet again that crystals are more than objects; they’re supportive tools, capable of holding and amplifying the energies that you bring in and that are around you.. Every time I guide someone to connect with a crystal, I witness the same subtle, profound shifts - the kind that make your body take notice before your mind even catches up.

I get so wrapped up in sharing the information for each crystal that I am sharing that I forget I am supposed to be selling them - sometimes I even feel called to keep one for myself during the live!

I love connecting people with their crystals, learning to notice the energy that’s already moving inside them, and seeing how responsive a stone can be when approached with awareness and respect. Shows, lives, or in my shop - it’s all a space for that energetic conversation to happen.

Working with crystals is about noticing subtle shifts, observing resonance, and allowing your nervous system to integrate support without forcing it. Crystals reflect, amplify, and harmonize with your energy - some crystals assist with protection and connection as well.. Once you experience that connection, even the smallest shifts like: ease in stress, a spark of clarity, a wave of confidence, become unmistakable.
