Hey Beautiful Soul,
Ever notice how you keep falling into the same traps, even when you know better? It’s like your brain, your energy, and even your sense of self are all conspiring to keep you right where you are. Frustrating… and honestly, super normal.
Here’s the truth: it’s not about failing or laziness. These patterns feel familiar because your body and your energy are wired to stick with what’s “safe” - even if it’s holding you back.
1️⃣ Your nervous system loves the familiar
Even patterns that stress or frustrate you feel known. So your nervous system clings to them like a safety net. That’s why logic alone rarely works - you “know better” but still find yourself in the same cycles.
2️⃣ Some patterns are hidden in your energy - sometimes for lifetimes
Here’s a big one most people don’t realize: some repeating patterns aren’t even from this lifetime. They can be ancestral or past-life imprints quietly running in the background. That’s why it often feels impossible to break them on willpower alone.
